We, the parents/guardians of ______________________ will not hold Nettlewood responsible for any accidents that occur while attending camp. If an accident does occur, we give approval permission to the staff at Nettlewood to transport our child to the hospital to receive medical care. Parents/Guardians are responsible for all health and accident insurance and fees.

How to Register for Camp

  1. 1)  Download and print the registration form

  2.   Fill out and return with check, cash (drop off, only)  or send payment via PayPal.

  3.   Mail to: Nettlewood Playgarden                                                                                          PO BOX 3946 Palmer AK 99645                                                                                           or please make arrangements for drop off times~

  4.   When we receive your registration you will be notified by a postcard or phone call confirming your spot.

  5. Look for a follow up email containing more information about what to bring and wear for camp days.

* You may mail your registration form and payment or drop it off in person. Please do not email your registration.

If minimum enrollment is not met, Nettlewood reserves the right to cancel any camp. If we must cancel a camp, all fees will be reimbursed.

Withdrawal policy for camps:

If your withdrawal request is received within 2 weeks or more before the camp start date, there is a withdrawal fee of $50.00. If your withdrawal is received within more than 48 hours, but less than 2 weeks of camp start date, you will receive a refund minus $50.00 ONLY if your space is filled by waitlist. Sorry, there is no refund within 48 hours of camp dates!
